Insurance

Understanding your dental benefits can be difficult, we are here to make the process as simple as possible. Our insurance coordinators will do everything they can to maximize the payment on your dental claim.

We work with dental insurances who pay out-of-network benefits.  Many of these insurance "accept assignment of benefit" which means we will collect your estimated portion for services, file a claim to your dental insurance and receive payment directly from the insurance for covered services.

Some out-of-network benefits do not "accept assignment of benefit" which means we will collect in full at the time of services and submit your insurance claim.  Your insurance will then send you (the patient or subscriber) payment for any reimbursable services.  We electronically submit insurance claims so our patients can receive payment quickly.

We want to ensure we offer the best possible care and service to all of our patients.  In order to maintain the quality of care, fairly compensate our staff, and keep up with rising operational costs, we are unable to participate directly with insurance networks.  This allows us to focus on providing personalized attention without compromising on the standards we believe you deserve.

We are happy to submit a request for an Estimate of Benefits to your dental insurance.  Our goal is to ensure you have as much information as possible about your coverage and costs upfront.

Financing

Dental problems very rarely resolve themselves. Although you may not be experiencing any oral discomfort, postponing treatment often results in more serious problems and increased costs. We are sensitive to the urgency of your needs and accept CareCredit as an option for you to finance your portion of treatment costs. With CareCredit you have the option to pay for your dental expenses at a low monthly cost, often interest free.
You can apply for CareCredit in our office or at www.carecredit.com

Policy

Your estimated portion of treatment cost is due at the time services are rendered. Dental insurers do not guarantee payment of services. If your insurance claim is not paid within 120 days from the date of service, you are responsible for any charges and to seek reimbursement from your insurance directly.
